What’s included in a CardioCare PM:
On-Site PM (Basic, Plus, and Premium)
A CardioCare on-site PM ensures your cooler-heaters are running at optimal efficiency.
Our certified technicians travel to you to perform a comprehensive 33-point inspection that includes:
+ External Hardware Inspection + Internal Hardware Inspection
+ Electrical Safety Test + Temperature Calibration
+ Software Validation/Update + Water Quality Assessment
+ Diagnostic Checks + Predictive Maintenance Analysis
Tubing Replacement (Plus and Premium)
As part of the annual on-site PM, we will replace the tubing on your current hoses.
For an additional fee, you can upgrade your standard hose set to CardioQuip’s Dripless Hose Set.
Extended Service Agreement (Premium)
Each MCH unit comes with a one-year limited warranty from date of purchase. To extend your warranty further (up to 4 years), you can enter into CardioQuip’s Extended Service Agreement (ESA). As part of the ESA,
CardioQuip will cover all repairs, maintenance, and hose replacement†
CardioQuip guarantees on-site repair within 72 hours*
†The ESA does not cover damage to MCH unit resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents.
*For the contiguous US only. Time for outlying US islands and territories (including Alaska and Hawaii) will vary. Exclusions apply.
Easy 1-2-3 process to maximize your uptime:
1. Choose Your Level
Choose between a Basic PM, getting your hoses replaced with a Plus PM, or hose replacement and extending your warranty for corrective maintenance with a Premium PM. If you need an expedited PM, Choose On-Demand.
2. Choose Your Term
Go with a one time PM or save money by choosing a multi-year contract (up to 4 years). We offer a 5% discount for 2 years, 7% for 3 years, and 10% for a 4 year contract.
3. Schedule Your Service
Once we receive the purchase order, a service coordinator will contact your facility to schedule service that works for your schedule (even nights or weekends).
